Both are available for free from HP: see software.hp.com.

OpenSSL is available as a separate package, Libxml2 is a component of HP-UX Internet Express package.

(The ix- prefix in the package names is common to HP-UX Internet Express packages.)

All ix products are available from http://software.hp.com

Search for Internet Express

openssl is provided there and on the application cd's

Definitely its all available for 11.11, 11.23 and 11.31
