Issue with patch installation

We are installing patch bundle for HP-UX 11.11 via using the interactive swinstall. One of the patch is PHSS_35711. Under installation, I got following error message and the installation was suspended. Can anybody help me? From the swinstall interface, I can see that PHSS_35711 was listed, why I still got this error message?

Hi Shelley Zhou,

How do you install the patches?
Through Network or Locally installed the patch.

Bestyou download that patches and stored in Locally thenuse swinstall -s command to install it.

Here there is no error will not come if it's coming it's showing where is the Problem is in.

Pls check and revert back.

Yes, I'm installing it from local hard disk located under /sc_var/tmpupgrade/SMSC9.0PatchBundle.depot which includes all HP B11.11 patches and PHSS_35711 is one of them. All other patches were installed without problem, only PHSS_35711 had problem to be installed and got the error messages.

This are the base filesets are needed before you install the patch PHSS_35711.
X11.MOTIF-SHLIB,fr=B.11.11,v=HP
X11.X11-FONT-AUX,fr=B.11.11,v=HP
X11.X11-FONT-MIN,fr=B.11.11,v=HP
X11.X11-TCH-B-MSG,fr=B.11.11,v=HP
X11.X11R5-SHLIBS,fr=B.11.11,v=HP
X11.X11R6-SHLIBS,fr=B.11.11,v=HP

The patch aslso has pre-requisites
s700: 11.11: PHCO_29495
s800: 11.11: PHCO_29495

I tell you onething u stored that pacthes in someother location(just for checking), and install it.

Are you dowunload this patch from HP site?

The Error is showing the exact details is the source is a problem that's why iam asking.

or i thing you stored it someother location it will instal,because you are telling all patches installed but only one patch is not installed,so i thing there is no problem is in fileset permission.

Pls check and revert back.
