      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you post;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# pvdisplay -v /dev/dsk/c0t6d0&lt;BR /&gt;# diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c0t6d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or test the disk for i/o errors&lt;BR /&gt;# dd if=/dev/rdsk/c0t6d0 of=/dev/null bs=1024k&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Robert-Jan</description>

      <description>Hi Wagar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This error indicates that the system is unable to complete the read operation from the disk 0x006000 which is c0t6d0 on the specified block. So the disk is suspective. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run dd command to check the disk intergrity or schedule to replace the disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You may like to see&lt;BR /&gt;ioscn -fn  /dev/dsk/c0t6d0&lt;BR /&gt;c0t6d0 came from&lt;BR /&gt;#cd /dev/dsk&lt;BR /&gt;#ls -lrt|grep 0x006000&lt;BR /&gt;:) in case .....&lt;BR /&gt;u gotta open a h/w case if this disk is still faile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR,&lt;BR /&gt;Kapil+</description>
