Hi,

Iam accesing my HPUX srevr from my desktop via putty. OS 11.23 (IA64) .I getting error on sam-> kernel (kcweb)

how to run kcweb in cli mode ???

You can't. That's why its name isn't kccli. :-)

If DISPLAY not set, it says it starts in TUI mode. That works for me.

Have you tried doing what the message says about the URL?

then how will do kernel tuning on 111.23 through sam (cli mode) ??

Hi

Please Check the enivornment ,It should be VT100.

In command mode you have to check the display,if it is not set use the commmand

#export TERM=vt100

I have tried already that export TERM=vt100

,but still not wkg.

Just launch kcweb from the command line with no xwindow manager open on your desktop, and the X forwarding disabled on your putty/ssh client

It should open just fine on the console.
