      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If a user is permitted by not being in the ftpaccess file then they can create directories.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can with permissions deny them write access to the directory and prevent creates. That would also prevent them however from posting or uploading new files to the server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Johnson is correct *IF* you are talking about Anonymous FTP.  For a specific user, you may be out of luck</description>
