System management hompage on HPux 11.23

Folks,

I am trying to start the system management homepage on a new installation of 11.23 on a bl860 blade. When I attempt to login through the browser using port 2301 I get an error saying that 'the system management homepage server could not be started successfully'. I thought that this came preconfigured and ready to run out of the box with a fresh installation of HPux.
Also, After installing HPux, I installed IVM 3.5 software successfully.

Any ideas on how I can move foward here?

Error When Starting SMH Server
When you use the /opt/hpsmh/bin/hpsmh autostart
command to start the System Management HomePage (SMH)
server, the system displays the following error message in the
/var/opt/hpsmh/logs/smh.log file:
"Error : The System Management Homepage server
could not be started successfully."
The /var/opt/hpsmh/logs/smh.log file shows that hpsmh
encountered a memory fault:
opt/hpsmh/lbin/hpsmh[179]: 18230 Memory fault.
Attempting to restart hpsmh returns the following error and
httpd core file:
# /opt/hpsmh/bin/hpsmh autostart
Starting the System Management HomePage server ...
Pid 6186 in trap loop, signal 11
ERROR: The System Management HomePage server could
not be started successfully.
# file core
core: ELF-64 core file - IA64 from 'httpd' -
received SIGSEGV
#

Please install linker patch PHSS_37201 or later. Once you have
successfully installed the patch, start the SMH server using the
following command:
/opt/hpsmh/bin/hpsmh autostart

Go to the ITRC Patch database (see links to the left) and paste in PHSS_37201. The recommend patch is PHSS_38134:

Add the patch to your shopping cart and download it. That page has installation instructions. Which are basically:
# sh PHSS_38134
# swinstall -s $PWD/PHSS_38134.depot \*

Did you check the /var/opt/hpsmh/logs/smh.log to see if you are getting the same error listed above?
