      <description>Hi All&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;    We are having HP-Ux B.11.11 server (HP rp3440), my problem is that when I login to server after entering username it will take 10-15 sec for password and when i login to server and enter any command, it will take 10-15 seconds to execute commands, at that time server is almost 99% idle, I have check syslog but not found any problem.</description>

      <description>Is your home directory on NFS?  And are you getting NFS delays for the shell history?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As Ahsan aksed you, do you use DNS on this server?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;run below commands on your rp3440 host&lt;BR /&gt;# nslookup host_name_of_the_server&lt;BR /&gt;# nslookup ip_of_the_server&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do they match? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Robert-Jan</description>
