      <description>if you can login into oracle:&lt;BR /&gt;select banner from v$version &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you are at unix only, going to the home directory will show w/c is oracle's home directory.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#cd $ORACLE_HOME&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;f. halili</description>
