      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There really is no maximum swap space. Its not actually a subject to delve into. You want to use the minimum amount of swap possible to run the system normally.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the kernel you can increase the two parameters you list above.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Minimum is 50% of RAM. On a system contemplating 256 GB of swap, you are better off going for the minimum. With as much RAM as you must have, its unlikely anything will be done other than swap reservation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
