web server + oracle apps + oracle database env

Hi Experts,

I have to create setup of 3 servers of hp ux o/s

One server--> Web server

Second Server ---> Oracle Apps.

Third Server ---> Oracle Database

I have idea about HP-UX installation other then that what challenges will come to do above setup.

Any expert who already work on such kind of env. please guide me.

ahhh another opportunity to use my dodgy car analogies

your problem description is too vague, you need to tell us more about what you are doing (like versions of everything would be a nice start! plus what kit you actually have!)

what you've described so far is like going to a bunch of automotive experts and saying:

"I have to build a car - I know how to build the wheels - tell me how to build the rest of the car"

You see? Too vague...

First of all very thanks Duncan, for quick response.
Yes, you r right it is too vague

1) My problem is to create Web Server on HP-UX what setting do i have to follow as I am going to install 11i V3 on Itanium blade servers

Only starting of httpd and apache service will be fine ?

2) What extra service do I have to install in HP-UX to connect it with Oracle APPs and database 11g?

Actaully in short I don't understand how to make setup in production and how it will work.
My conecept is not clear in this area. First time i am going to do this setup.
