Please design a authentication form which got following fields with shell script

Can you please write the script for the functionality of the option [Update] where it should upadte all the users in passwd file

I would be tempted to just use the passwd command.

You're probably right, Pete, but the wording looks suspiciously like an exam question to me. The examiner might not like the answer "Just use passwd"!

Well, exams generally only have 100 points so it seems obvious that "unixadmin" can't hand them out too freely - there's just not enough to go around!

I was just trying to make the point (sic.) that overall his/her assignment ratio sucks.
