      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I get an error message like this "The target or source is already in use either within this same session or by another sesion. A read or write lock was denied." while installing the onlinediag tool.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea?</description>
