Printing Problem - Missing PrinterMgmt software

I have 11.11i HP-UX for my RP7410 and I'm having a problem with printing. I recieved error message from SAM:-

-----------------------------------------------
Attempted to determine if the fileset "LP-SPOOL" from the product "PrinterMgmt" exists on your system but the swlist command failed.

Stderr from swlist is:
ERROR: Software "PrinterMgmt.LP-SPOOL" was not found on host "bgimain:/"
-----------------------------------------------

Thus, I need the PrinterMgmt software off of the installation disks. Where can I download it? Please advice.

Hi Lawrence,

Check if this product is installed on your machine.

# swlist -l product |grep PrinterMgmt
PrinterMgmt B.11.11 PrinterMgmt

There is no download site for HP-UX. You'll need to find your HP-UX Core OS discs. You can then reinstall the LP spooler software.
