    <description>Hi Swaraj,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to run ioscan with -k option. If it runs successfully then there might some issue with disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check with dmesg/syslog/cstm to find if any disks are bad.</description>
