Seems like STM needs to be updated...Can some one suggest me to find the current patch/updates for this STM...and let me know...the patche requires reboot or not...

My Current STM-> Version A.47.00

OS Info:.
HP-UX ****** B.11.11 U 9000/800.
Model -> 9000/800/N4000-75

Just try to stop and start the diags again.

# /sbin/init.d/diagnostics stop

# /sbin/init.d/diagnostics start

It also better if you could upgrade the HWEnable 11i bundle on the server

Also installation on the above bundle does not require reboot.
