System went down automatically ??

1. Check /etc/shutdown
>> Do you see any entries for the date

If yes, then what is the entry
MCA, HPMC -- H/W panics

Data page fault, Reboot after panic -- S/W or sometimes H/W panics

Shutdown -- someone has shutdown the server

Reboot -- Someone has rebooted the server

No entry -- Abrupt shutdown. Someone might have pressed the power button or H/W issue

Just one point to add,

In case if you could not see any entry on shutdown logs, and no issues found from the ts99 logs, check from MP logs why the system went down

actually the mp logs will tell if it was a OS crash ..

All the best !!
