memory for MON prompt

can any one tell me how to assign MONITOR RESERVED MOMORY RANGE for a vpar

the issue is that i am not getting the MON prompt.. while shutting down one vpar in that particulat npar i will get the MON prompt..what i found from the output of vparinfo..out of 6 vpar only 4 vpar having MONITOR RESERVED MEMORY RANGE

You get the prompt because of the unassigned CPUs. No free CPU - no MON prompt.
