      <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From my one of the nis client I am not getting all users information. I have 2000 users in the passwd map. from the NIS master server if I execute ypcat passwd I am getting all the information. But from this client I am only getting few user information.All other clients do not have this issue. But other maps does not have problem on this machine. I have restarted ypbind, restartd the server. still same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pleae suggest&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Mani</description>

      <description>Hello &lt;BR /&gt;when you type ypwhich at client what result you will see? it shows you NIS master server name?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can you try to bind this client with NIS master server ip and then restart nis.client as below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;modify /etc/rc.cofnig.d/namesvrs&lt;BR /&gt;YPSET_ADDR=""&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/sbin/init.d/nis.client stop &amp;amp; start&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;let me know result. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;//avi</description>
