Shalom,

It would be helpful to see the exact message.

I recommend removing Online Diagnostics and reinstalling an earlier version.

If this is not an option, you can reconfigure EMS via SAM and turn off this alert.

I would be very sure the power supplies are working correctly before turning off this alert.

SEP

You have a current version:

http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=B6191AAE

Maybe there is a daily reason for this message? Check also the MP logs and check if your firmware is current:

MP:CM> sysrev

If you receive EMS alerts, there must be a related message in MP logs from the past.

Do your rp4440 have the power supply redundancy ? If not, the
ITRC support document emr_na-c01455642-4 helps you:

http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en&docId=emr_na-c01455642-4

Suppose you have the power supply redundancy. If
/var/stm/logs/monitor/remindersel.dat is present on rp4440, move
it /tmp. Afterwards ia64_corehw #104011 is no longer generated
everyday.

Hope this helps you,

Shinji
