    <description>Thanks for all your ideas.  All of them ultimately led me to solving most, but not all my problems. When I click on it I get nothing.  It just has the words Major with the exclamation mark.       <description>I've installed System Management Homepage on HPUX 11iv1 and whenever I click on any of the System links I get a CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For example:&lt;BR /&gt;System Summary:&lt;BR /&gt;CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND:HP_FirmwareIdentity&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cooling:&lt;BR /&gt;CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND: HP_FanLocation&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Managment Processor:&lt;BR /&gt;CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND: HP_ManagementProcessor&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Memory:&lt;BR /&gt;CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND: HP_PhysicalMemory&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas on what's going on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have any errors in syslog?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is cimserver running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ps -ef|grep cimserver&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not you can start it with:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cimserver&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What output do you get from running osinfo?&lt;BR /&gt;(WBEM provides info for this command)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What version of WBEM is installed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swlist|grep -i wbem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try listing the WBEM providers:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cimprovider -ls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do any of these not have an OK status?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH, Paul&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
