These documents come from http://www.oracle.com or http://metalink.oracle.com

They include OS specific information such as patches and kernel parameters.

They need to be followed very strictly.

Anoop,

Oracle application 11.5.9 is not certified on Itanium platform.
You can install it on PA-Risc systems with HP Ux 11.23. Installation steps are available in Metalink.
