    <description>Thanks all for so quick response&lt;BR /&gt;Robert,&lt;BR /&gt;I have already been to the link but i don't see any permission issue in security files ,both &lt;BR /&gt;keys.server and keys.client have 600 permission&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oldschool,&lt;BR /&gt;I feel i may have problem with ndmauth T&lt;BR /&gt;"the ndm_auth() function returned NULL, meaning that the \&lt;BR /&gt;user authentication did not complete properly."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do i need check the .cfg file and if so for authentication which Cfg file do i need to check&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Sidd</description>

      <description>Well, if you've support, you could contact Sterling Commerce.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Barring that, it appears that the server you're attempting to connect to didn't like something about your credentials or the node you are attempting to connect to. check node names, remote id, and local id / password.</description>

      <description>I failed to mention another possiblity....the destination node needs to recognize that the id sending the job is permitted to do so.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, you're seeing the error on your node correct?  Have you checked with whoever admins the destination?</description>
