I have a ignite backup taken using make_net_recovery.How i can restore?

Hi Himacs,

Use the -a option of make_net_recovery to specify the path.

#make_net_recovery -a igniteserver:/path

#make_net_recovery -s ignite-server -a archive_server:archive_directory -x inc_entire=vg00

Hi

My all root files are overwritten with other server's root including all configuration files.
Now vgdisplay vg00 displays following output

vgdisplay vg00
vgdisplay: Couldn't query volume group "vg00".
Possible error in the Volume Group minor number; Please check and make sure the group minor number is unique.
vgdisplay: Cannot display volume group "vg00".

Please tell me how i can solve this without restoring...
