    <description>recently upgraded the system to 11.31 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;syslog.log.0:Apr 26 13:00:43 hxp02 vmunix: vxfs: WARNING: msgcnt 1 mesg 038: V-2-38: vx_dataioerr - /dev/vg01/lvol1 file system file data read error in dev/block 0/27930064&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Oracle DB file system) - no errors in oracle alert logs as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;back end is clariion. Don't see any error on SP logs . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What could have gone wrong . I just saw the above error once and that's it  . But just want to make sure that there is nothing serious going in the backend . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I still needs to check the switch logs . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions.</description>
