iplanet on HP-UX 11.11

Team,

Just trying to see if any of you happen to know how (or currently have one) to create a start up/shutdown script for iplanet on HP-UX 11.11.

Iplanet is located at /opt/SUNWwbsvr/.

Anything you could do would be great.

Hi:

I am not familar with iplanet, but for creating standard HP-UX startup/shutdown scripts you need only consult the 'rc(1M)' manpages or this (still valid) whitepaper:

Be sure to copy and use '/sbin/init.d/template' as the model for your start/stop needs.

Yes, but i am having issues getting iplanet to start/stop correctly via root user so i was hoping someone may have one that currently works with iplanet.

Appreciate your help and it may assist.

Long ago we had this application.

startup script was like this

logged in as root

/iplanet/web_server/https-/start
/iplanet/web_server/https-GICS/ start
/iplanet/web_server/https-admserv/ start

We also started an application called TOINB, and also started some in house applications with this called unicon.
