Hi,

The file is created at 14th May 19.29. So this is the time your server rebooted and comeback.

What is the content of ts99? That would say if it is any HPMC or LPMC

Send that file to HP to analyse it.

Hi,

You won't be able to find the MP ip address from HP-UX.

You can get the ip address after login into MP.

If system crashes due to software panic and if you have disabled savecrash, then no way to find the root cause.

to find the MP IP, you need to go to the console and hit ctrl-b. This should bring you to the main service processor menu and an MP prompt. At the MP prompt, then type CM <ENTER> then type LC <ENTER>.

This is where you display/set the networking parameters for the MP. If you do not have access to the console, unfortunately, you can not get this information any other way.

Any your tombstone file is invalid and if you do not have a saved crash dump, there is no way that you can determine why the server reboot at that time.

Hope this helps</ENTER></ENTER>

>my system got rebooted automatically.

(Rebooting automatically is a good thing. Crashing unexpectedly is what's bad. ;-)

As Ganesan said, you have a hardware error with HPMC, send this to HP.
