      <description>&amp;gt;ignite version c7.8.201 is the latest version. just in case I need to recover from cd.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can always create a new CD with your latest ignite, so it matches.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One of your messages says: C.7.7.98" is already installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why are you reinstalling it?  As Suraj said, does the absolute path exist? /opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello there may be corruption you should try first this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swverify \* &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if there is no curruption then &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try&lt;BR /&gt;which make_tape_recovery&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;go to path and run it through ./make_tape_recovery&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you still have error better un-install and install it again, thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have to install IGNITEUX for make_tape_recovery.
