what's the use of below mentioned command and what it will describes?

"/etc/opt/resmon/lbin/set_fixed -L"

Hi,

check the man page of this command

Only those resources whose state control is listed as NO_STATE_CONTROL can be set to the UP state by the set_fixed(1m) command. Other
resources in the DOWN state will return to the UP state automatically when the monitor controlling the resource determines that the resource is back to a working condition.

-L Get the list of resources which are currently in the DOWN state.

you should alwasy check with man for any command help, it will list out detail info,

set_fixed Resource State Tool

-L use for Get the list of resources which are currently in the DOWN state.
