      <description>&amp;gt;cannot set file owner or group: Permission denied while moving directory from one to another location.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can get this error if you are moving the directory from one filesystem to another.  In this case, the directory tree must be copied.&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have CHOWN privilege, you may get this.  See getprivgrp(1).</description>

      <description>How about doing first a copy and after the copy is successful you perform a delete of the old location? Much easier to troubleshoot...</description>
