>>is posssible to transfer cpu from fail over server to live server

Do you mean is it possible to physically remove some processors from your failover server and put in your live server?

If so, there is not enough information to answer that with anything other than MAYBE.

What model server are the live and failover? How many CPUs are in each? What speed CPUs?

Unless your system is a partitionable system, you can use ICOD (or ICAP), but you need a license from HP in order to use this product.
Also another option is if your servers are Virtual Partitions or Virtual Guests.
There is no enough information, in the initial description to properly answer your question.
