root account gets locked automatically.

Hello everyone,
we are facing an issue with the root account which gets locked automatically in many servers.We unlocked the root account in all the servers.Now again gets locked in only one server.When i checked for lasb -R root (bad logins) there is no bad login.I've unlocked the root account via console.But am curious what made it to unlock.Please post your suggestions.

Are your systems Tru64 UNIX? If not, this is posted in the wrong forum.

What, just because Tru64 doesn't have a
"lastb" program? (Or because not even HP-UX
has a "lasb" program?)

Its not true64OS.Its HPUX 11.11 os only.Its a trusted system.However i've reactivated via console but still checking for the root cause.
