Have you looked at www.docs.hp.com ? You need to bookmark and use this site! It also has online manpages for every release!

For 11iv3, see the section headed with "System Administration".

There are also numerous books available for purchase. Rafeeq Rehman and Asghar Ghori have CSA guides that serve as excellent references for System Administration tasks and Marty Poniatowski has a series of System Administration guides. All of these are available on amazon.com. Simply search for the author's name.

There is no comprehensive guide IMO.

http://docs.hp.com is a good starting point, and many of the things you will need will be found there.

That site and the ability to ask specific questions in the forums will provide you guides.

I also like to have handy hard copies of the HP Certified System Administrator books by Asghar Ghori

yes you have to buy them, but very worth it in my opinion. Pdf's are good but you cannot beat been able to flick through the pages of a good book
