Patch error ON 11.23

Dear All,

i am trying to install december 2008 quality pack in one of my cluster node (hpux 11.23,mcsg 11.16) and i am getting errors during patch analysis for patch PHSS_33040.How can i exclude only this patch from complete depot verificaton/installtion ?..

Use the interactive capability of swinstall.

swinstall
select depot
mark all for install
find the three patches you don't want installed and unMARK them.
then action->install

Excluding only may not work because of dependencies.

I would recommend to go with interactive mode.BTW what is the error message are you getting..can you pls post it
