IO wait issue with oracle DB on RP4440

Hi,
I have a problem of high disk usage (glance is saying 100%) when my user is performing data upload in the Oracle database.
sar is also showing 100%busy on my first disk while the LVM mirror is used at 46%.
Both disks are ST3146707LC and LVM is configured properly.
Nothing in syslog (even not a single scsi reset)
Oracle file systems are mounted with options:
ioerror=mwdisable,delaylog
PE Size is 32Mb.

I am stuck and even a reboot of the server changed nothing.

Any idea and help will be more than welcome.
