The latest cumulative patches for predictive at 11.00 are:

PHSS_17496
PHSS_21219

I would also add the PDCINFO patch:

PHSS_14982

And, of course, any dependencies for these patches that are not already on your system.

I would update Diagnostics as well since Diagnostics and Predictive work together.
