    <description>HPUX 11.31 IA64Bit 16Gb Physical Memory&lt;BR /&gt;Running Oracle RAC&lt;BR /&gt;Sys: 5.9gb User: 8.5gb Free: 878mb&lt;BR /&gt;there are no page outs at this time, however my fear is if i do not get a good handle on memory usage my system may get into performance issues.</description>

      <description>there are no changes made recently, as far as your question is concerned, i am trying to figure out the same thing, further i also want to understand the high kernel memory usage and if there is anyway i can reduce the usage without causing any issues.</description>

      <description>Hi Asim,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you faced the same problem earlier for memory issue.&lt;BR /&gt;What is the size for Oracle SGA was there any change in SGA.&lt;BR /&gt;And if any other activity going on the server from oracle point of view.(RMAN backup etc)&lt;BR /&gt;Can you post swapinfo -atm&lt;BR /&gt;seems lil connection with swap.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which process from glance is occupying maximum memory?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Rahul Rai.</description>
