    <description>Note it also depends on the OS version.&lt;BR /&gt;Some kernel parms are now dynamic and you no longer need to make a new kernel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Of course you could use sam to decide whether a kernel is needed.  And patches will automatically figure this out.</description>

      <description>Kernel rebuilding(mk_kernel &amp;amp; kmupdate) require when we changing kernel parameters(manually).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can change kernel parameters using SAM.This utility will automatically rebuild kernel with prompt.</description>
