What do you want other than the color black?

A generic question gets a generic answer.

Get the source package for lsof, choose the compile-time options you want, then compile it.

Write a .psf file to describe which version(s) of HP-UX you compiled the lsof command for, and in which directory you wish it installed.

Use the "swpackage" command with the .psf file to package the compiled binaries into a depot file for swinstall.

See "man swpackage" to see instructions for using the swpackage command. It will tell you to refer to other man pages for more information: "man 4 swpackage" describes .psf file format, and "man 5 sd" has general information on SD/UX tools and concepts.
