Booting is delayed !!

Hello All ,

In one of system botting is getting delayed.
It is taking long then usual.
Took 2 hours to boot the system.

I have pa-risc box installed with hp-ux 11.11

Please help.

As soon as system try to start any service while booting it's taking long it took long while sendmail and even for oracle.

You should check if you have a problem with network connectivity, DNS, etc. ...

Thanks for the input, one of my disk on SAN is failed would it be becuase of that.

Maybe. It will depend on the failure.
