It's a mystery.

Considering how well Google does on a search
for, say:

bash depot hp-ux 11.23 ia64

an even greater mystery might be why this
thread exists at all.

Take a looks at

http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Shells/bash-4.0.033/

before you start installing bash depot , you will need to install

gettext libiconv make termcap & termcap

All these are available at same site
