update HP-UX from Ignite

On RX 11iv3 0309 box, issues the command "update-ux -s ignite_server:depot_location_of_11iv3_0909".

The command fails by saying bellow

did you update "UPDATE-UX" as first step?

f.e.
swinstall -s depot_server:/var/11iv3/update-depot Update-UX

Have you contacted the Response Center?
All the stack trace shows is that you got a signal 11 here:
