      <description>Hi Dipesh,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We need to know exactly what and where is the error?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In worst case, file system will need restoration. If it is root files system, ignite restoration will be required.</description>
