I need to know if HP provides the rsync tool.

If yes please let me know where I can download this tool.

And also does HP provide to rsync tool.
If I face any issue with rsync toool do they provide any support

Required tools are:
â ¢ Rsync - Main tool used in backup (also available at http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/cgi-bin/search?package=&term=/rsync )
â ¢ Libiconv 1.9.2 - Character set conversion library (also available at http http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Development/Libraries/libiconv-1.9.2 )
â ¢ Popt1.7 - Parsing library (also available at http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Development/Libraries/popt-1.7 )

I am not sure about the hp support regarding this tool but I believe they will provide you the support.

No. There is no support:
HP-UX Internet Express Support
HP does not provide support for components listed in Table 1 that are delivered through HP-UX Internet Express either through Web download or through the HP-UX 11i media kits.

It seems that rsync software from HP is available for 11.23 OS.
Please suggest if this is available for HP-UX 11.11

As I said, there is no HP support for these Open Source tools. It says:
