    <description>Went through this exact exercise earlier this year, except we went 2 X K580 2 X N4000&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ummm, things to think about: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's loads.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure everything works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try not to change too much (there are always things like "if I had a new system" - try to resist).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess the thing that comes to mind most of all is that you will find out all of the quick fudges that people have done over the years to "fix" things. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We recently ported an application running on two AIX boxes to one HP. This gave me some headaches because of the "I'll put in a quick fix and fix it properly later". Of course the people who'd done this had long since left the company.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
