If you don't need it, comment it out of the inetd.conf file. ToolTalk has been found to be vulnerable to bugger overflows so it has some security flaws.

Good Luck,
C

Hi everyone.
I keep getting the following error message in the syslog file off B2600 B180 Boxes ...both running 10.20 OS.

The result being it occassionally kills the Xserver.

"ttdt_Xt_input_handler(): tttk_message_receive(): TT_ERR_NOMP^INo ttsession process is running, probably because tt_open() has not been called yet. If this code is returned from tt_open() it means ttsession could not be started, which generally means ToolTal is not installed on this system"

Has anyone anecountered this problem before ??
Do I require a Patch ??

Many Thanks in advance
