more CPU usage is good...if u do not have any problem in peaks, after all u paid money for full usage :)

This is not my line....I read smthing like in ITRC only and I simply loved it :)

well it depends on application and other stuffs your performance at peak time.

Of course only if the CPU is spending time on doing something useful. There are loops/miss configured pieces of software that would only "eat" your CPU power. If you have this kind of software on your server, then "more CPU usage" is bad.
