Hello to all,

we need online JFS for version 11.31 from march 2010 or december 2009.
What is the best way to get this software, download or order it.

I hope I am in the correct area of the forum.

at first whats you Operating Environment

BASE - OE ???

because if not the JFS is included in the VSE / HA / DC - OE.

I forgot, we did buy the license for jfs, but need the software.

so you oculd it install from installation DVD and use codeword.

That is the point.
We don't have the software anymore. We do have the codeword.

Which operating environment do you have?
swlist | grep -i OE

As indicated above depending on your operating environment you may have online jfs already.
swlist | grep -i "JFS"

If you have the base OE you could contact HP Sales by phone and explain that you have the codeword but need the software. If you have a HP support contract you can request and get the software via software update manager.
