OS: connection refused.

Any help is highly appreciated.
We have hp-unix 11 and we are getting when are opening out MRP application.

Any idea about this error or advise me.

Normally, "Connection refused" means that a
client program is trying to talk to a server
program of some kind, but that server is not
running (or configured to run, or otherwise
listening at the expected port). Knowing
exactly nothing about what "out MRP
application" might be, or how you are
"opening" it, it's tough for a non-psychic to
offer many more concrete suggestions.
