      <title>OS baseline backup</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to do a make_tape_recovery for the HP-UX server. I did a 'ioscan -fnC tape'. I can see the status claimed. However it does not show which /dev/rmt/xmn (where x is the number that indicates) belongs to the tape.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My make_tape_recovery command is as follows :&lt;BR /&gt;make_tape_recovery -v -x inc_entire=vg00 -a /dev/rmt/xmn&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Feng Lin</description>

      <description>did you do and insf -e after ioscan,&lt;BR /&gt;it will create the device files</description>
