apache error

hi guys, i have installed bb, but when i am tryng to access my url am able to see it...no issues..

But as soon as i place my mouse on the specific host/test i get a message as given below in my apache logs ,

[Wed Jun 09 19:21:51 2010] [error] [client 10.32.32.142] File does not exist: /opt/hpws/apache/htdocs/opt, referer: http://10.32.32.125/bb/

M realy not able to find this issue..could u guys pls help me out...
